Meet Our Team
Fr. Michael Leclerc
“Tend the flock of God that is in your charge, exercising the oversight, not under compulsion but willingly, as God would have you do it—not for sordid gain but eagerly. Do not lord it over those in your charge, but be examples to the flock.”
1 Peter 5:2-3
Rarely a day goes by that I do not learn something new from the amazing people I work with. That prospect excites me.
“What you are is God’s gift to you, what you become is your gift to God.”
Hans Urs von Balthasar
It’s great to be able to use my God-given talents, and be a witness to God’s Spirit, as He transforms the lives of the people here. To see with my very own eyes, God’s love moving, as we help build His Kingdom, one person at a time.
“I come so that they might have life, and have it to the full.”
What I love about working here is the spirit of teamwork, that we all know what the goal is, but we are figuring out how to best reach it. We are encouraged to be creative and share our ideas as we come together to be living and active rocks in the Kingdom of God.
SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM, EVANGELIZATION
“If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea.”
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
I love seeing how encountering Jesus changes people and brings them new life!
Senior leadership team, music production
“Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap; they have no storeroom nor barn, and yet God feeds them; how much more valuable you are than the birds!”
Great people, always lots of laughing! And yet we are unified in our mission. Because if living your faith doesn’t significantly improve your life, then why bother?
SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM, CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit.”
What could be a greater honor than helping children come closer to God? I love the way St. Ignatius invites creativity, innovation, and positive energy.
Adrian Rojo de la Vega
“The pupil dilates in the night, and at last finds the day in it, even as the soul dilates in misfortune, and at last finds God in it.”
My dream job!
“Act as if everything depended on you; trust as if everything depended on God.”
I love that I am able to make a difference in people’s lives, young and old, by simply being myself and loving God.
ASSISTANT TO THE PASTOR
“…as I grew older, there were certain things about the way I thought, reacted, behaved. I came to ruefully and bemusedly understand that once you’re a Catholic, you’re always a Catholic.”
I love what I do because I am surrounded by warm and generous people. I also love deepening my knowledge of Catholicism. The Church has such a rich history, there is so much to learn.
Anna Del Duca
“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
My job has taught me so many things about our loving God and about loving God!
It helps me to continually grow to be a better person.
“The purpose of art is not the release of a momentary ejection of adrenaline but rather the gradual, lifelong construction of a state of wonder and serenity.”
My role here allows me to explore and share with others the most profound musical expressions of our faith and culture, within the liturgical contexts that reveal their meanings. Moreover, this work takes place in a physical space that is both beautiful and peaceful, a constant reminder of the work’s purpose, meaning and blessing.
“You can never cross the ocean until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore.”
I love working at Saint Ignatius and feel blessed to care for and maintain the building and grounds where so many genuinely loving and caring people gather to spread their goodwill and to worship the Lord.
